Cream cheese frosting is always a delightfully creamy, yummy thing, but adding some sour cream takes it up a notch, as far as I am concerned. That’s why this recipe for Extra Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting is a hit at my house.
I don’t know about you, but creamy is my thing. It doesn’t matter if it is sweet or savory, creamy is among some of my favorites. It’s so very indulgent, in my opinion. And, who doesn’t enjoy indulging now and then?
Seriously, what can be better than butter, cream cheese and sugar. Yeah, not the healthiest thing in the world, but everything in moderation, and at least it doesn’t contain high fructose corn syrup, right? This frosting can be used for so many different desserts, all that is necessary is your imagination!
This recipe is great for cakes, cupcakes, and even cookies. The sky is the limit.
